ISO would like to share that as of end of June 2023, we have 98% of our CWB active employees using the Administrative Intranet (for staff), which is our private portal connecting all our employees together for collaboration and providing an entry point to application systems which you need to access.

Other statistics of using the Administrative Intranet include:

• During the period from July 2022 to June 2023, there were 83,971 actions taken such as leave submission, eREQ approval, expense and travel review and approval through  ‘My Worklist’ of the Administrative Intranet
• The above, comparing with the fiscal year before, is a 69% increase
• In term of most frequently accessed functions, these are initiation of the e-Forms, access to student information systems, and leave applications
