Our current admin intranet has been revamped with better user experience in mind.  With just a few clicks, you can now create your own "My Shortcuts" to any of our preset functions and administrative functions published in our admin intranet.   And with just a few keywords under search, you can retrieve your frequently used functions.   In addition to these handy features,  "My Worklist" alerts you any approvals pending your decision (*now only restricted to Leave Approval and more will be coming) and "My request" alerts you any requests you have submitted to your approvers (*now only restricted to Leave Applications and more will be coming). 

An interactive zoom briefing session was organized on 13 Aug 2020 to let all pilot users have in-depth understanding to make full use of the new my admin intranet.   A recording of the briefing (Cantonese) has been uploaded to our Learning Management System at https://training.ust.hk/courses/others/my-admin-intranet-user-manual.  Please feel free to take a look.
