Dear Colleagues,
Please be informed that the HRMS (Human Resources Management System) PeopleSoft technical platform has been upgraded, you will need to clear your browser’s cache at the first time you access to this upgraded HRMS for a proper layout behavior.
For Chrome:
Click on the 3 vertical dots on top right corner > Click "Settings" > Type “Delete browsing data" in the search settings box > Click “Delete browsing data” > Select "All Time" for Time range > Select "Cookies and Other site data"; "Cached Images and files" > “Click "Delete data".
For Microsoft Edge:
Click on the 3 horizontal dots on top right corner > Click "Settings" > Type “Clear browsing data" in the search settings box > Click "Choose what to clear" > Select "All Time" for Time range > Select "Cookies and Other site data"; "Cached Images and files" > “Click "Clear now".
For Firefox:
Click on the 3 vertical lines on top right corner > Click "History" > Click "Clear Recent History" > Select “Everything” for "When"; and Select "Cookies" and "Cache" > Click "Clear".
