e-Forms (accessed via e-Form Portal from My Admin Intranet) have been widely adopted in different administrative processes.

Since Apr 2020, over 49,000 e-Forms have been submitted. 520,000 online reviews and approvals, 77 departments and 3000+ staff are involved.
