Issues with “My Worklist” Function on Admin Intranet Between 19 Feb 2024 – 22 Feb 2024

Dear colleagues,

We have noticed there was a recent domain change (from my-ai.ust.hk to my-ai-hkust.edu.hk), that was unexpectedly affected the “My Worklist” function on the Admin Intranet, particularly those initiated between 19th February 2024 (Monday) and 22nd February 2024 (Thursday). You may experience disruptions in accessing items that require your approval.

To ensure timely handling of approval requests, kindly check your email in-box for any corresponding approval requests.  Additionally, for leave applications, you can utilize our HKUST Staff App.
