Over the past few years, around 150 management dashboards have been developed to automate the report generation process and with the aim to support data-driven decision making.   Since 2019/20, 40000+ user access to these dashboards have been recorded.

The top-five most frequently used dashboards in the year 2022/23 are:

1. Student Dashboard (2234 accesses by 192 users from 43 departments)
2. Budget Enquiry - Project (676 accesses by 145 users from 45 departments)
3. Results of Annual UG Student Surveys (633 accesses by 140 users from 37 departments)
4. Centralized Training Dashboard (460 accesses by 45 users from 21 departments)
5. Grade Distribution Report (407 accesses by 58 users from 22 departments)

The top-five departments using these dashboards in the year 2022/23 are:

1. OIDR (2118 accesses)
2. FO (1666 accesses by 53 users)
3. ARO (1153 accesses by 27 users)
4. DSTO (507 accesses by 31 users)
5. FYTGS (409 accesses by 16 users)
