Streamlining business process change thru system configuration – To improve the operation of FO, FYTGS, and DSTO in handling RPg Tuition Fee Settlement, our ARO user will set the tuition fee due dates of all full-time RPg students to three equal portions through the SIS system. This will save a lot of paper work by having the students to apply settling tuition fee by PGS (PG Studentship) which happens to be a large majority of the case. As said, this process improvement will result with no payment deferral application is required under this arrangement and the arrangement will be applied to all full-time RPg students. This is a joint effort of a few offices including ISO, ARO, FYTGS, DSTO and FO to make it happen.
