System Unavailable: FMS (Financial Management System) unavailable on 23 May 2026

Dear Colleagues,

This is an important notice for the unavailable of the administrative system – Financial Management System (FMS).  The FMS will be unavailable on 23 May 2026 (Saturday), from 8:00am to 8:00pm, for undergo technical upgrade at the server level.

During this period, the following systems/services will be inaccessible:

Post-Upgrade Action Required:

After the upgrade, it is essential to clear your browser’s cache before accessing the upgraded FMS for a proper layout behavior. Detailed instructions can be found on My Administrative Intranet: https://my-ai.ust.hk . You will also receive a follow-up email with post-upgrade guidance.
