Owing to the recent ITSC CAS (Single Sign-On) upgrade, the HKUST Staff App's biometric authentication function is also required to be updated.

You are required to update your HKUST Staff App by searching the "HKUST Staff" in

• Apple App Store

or

• Google Play Store;

Once you complete the App update, please check your “HKUST Staff” App’s version is at version 3.0.22.
