Since the e-Forms platform was launched in 2020, we have recorded up to 1,014,000 online actions being taken on reviewing and approving the submitted e-Forms .   This is a significant milestone in supporting the University’s digital campus vision. 

Other statistics about the e-Forms are: 

• In the year 2022/23, there are 400,000+ online approval done via e-Forms platform and 137,000+ online approvals done via non-e-Forms applications such as annual leave approval, eProcurement approval etc..    
• Almost all offices are now using e-Forms, and the top three departments initiating e-Forms are DBM, ECE, and LIFS. 
• The most frequently used e-Forms are: Expense Claim for Students Form, Request of Removal Services Form, and Application for Testimonial (Postgraduate Students) Form.
